My first day working out at "Solar Swim and Gym."

On my first day working out at "Solar Swim and Gym," First, I walked on the treadmill and burnt 185 calories. And at last, I have done the chest press, because it had to do with lifting weights. I had an excellent day. Next Friday, I will continue walk on the treadmill some more.
